Control your emotions


The sign of an intelligent people is their ability to control their emotions by the application of reason. In another words is you can choose how you gonna respond with any circumtances you are facing with. Doesn't you feel like an idiot as when you failed to control your bad emotion that also known as lose your temper. You will feel slightly regret but a bit release. You kinda have some mixed up feelings playing in your mind.

YES, we need some emotion to motivate us, but it needs to be the right emotion at the right time applied in the right way. The more emotional we become, the stupider we become. This is because emotions want us to react blindly and physically rather than to think or be objective and rational.

You can select your situation and how you gonna react with it. Let say if you know that you are most likely to become angry when in a rush then be there earlier and don't leave things for the last minute.

Change your thought.  You feel sad when you believe to have lost something, anger when you decide that an important goal is thwarted, and happy when you believe something good is coming your way. By changing your thoughts, you may not be able to change the situation but you can at least change the way you believe the situation is affecting you. In cognitive reappraisal, you replace the thoughts that lead to unhappiness with thoughts that lead instead to joy or at least contentment (aka be positive, be motivated. Don't just easily feel down and thus gonna ruin your whole day and you affecting other people too).

So please be smart be intelligent, control your heart your emotions and your reaction. Most of all be motivated and don't let your thought your behaviour your anger your disappointment ruin your day.

Adventurous Hatyai


(23rd - 28th May,2015)

We have been to Hatyai for about 5days without any travel agencies or guide. Just the two of us. Yes only TWO of us. Because we both like something more unplanning adventurous kinda trip. and because we both wild and crazy like. Hihi. Doesnt like to be fix into schedule, we prefer to have more relaxing vacation just for the two of us. And the important thing is you need the guts to explore the new world on your own.

We choose to went there by train. and guess what this is our last plan. (yes we know we nuts.) Sebabnya, at first we plan to have a getaway trip with the other but the thing when you planning the trip with a group of friend or something, macam-macam lah jadi. Cant this cant that, wont do this and that. Banyak kerenah. So lastly after been thru lotsa arguing, we plan just the two of us. We go to somewhere we never been before. We choose Thailand. And since I just finished my study on two weeks before, I am who book the tickets find the place to stay and all. My boyfriend just give me a command (because he is bossy like that).

So to start the journey we choose to feel more like backpackers kinda trip. We go by train (KTM).. and since it's a last minute plan, the only available coach is the economy seated class. The one that comes with bed already sold out. So yeah,we spend almost 14 hours in the train.(but now you can find the new speed train that called as ETS to Hatyai). That one seriously a madness. So exhausted yet so excited. Can you imagine that?

Hat Yai is a small city. There is not much culture or scenic views. What are you to do there? Shopping and eating. If you were to ask me personally, I think two to three days is good enough. We spent five days which was more than enough but I find that it is a good time for travelling at leisure. Not in a rush to finish doing things. We were able to have a cuppa in between and just enjoyed just being on holiday :) We've been to Klang Hae Floating Market (the variety of street food there were very unique and CHEAP for sure), Lee garden Plaza (to enjoy our ice cream date at Swensen & sky buffet dinner), Hatyai ASEAN Night Market, Central Festival (having our movie date there). We spend our five days there and thats it. Its great place to visit and you must try the street food and you definitely gonna miss Hatyai and wanna repeat the trip.wuhuuu..

Hello my long-lost blog

I miss you,yess. I miss you. Been a lot to share here but first of all I would like to make an apology cause as I promised earlier on my previous entry I wanna share about my trip to Hatyai (sorrrrrrryyy,didnt mean toooo..) I'm really sorry I really still cant find any spare time to blogging now. But I really miss to blogging,seriously and I wish you see my face how serious I am now..Can someone spare me their time like couple hours please. Eheh..
Pegi kerja, balik kerja all by public tansport. Letih. seriously. Keluar gelap, balik gelap. What a life. And by the way, I just finished my #TokyoTrip part 1 with my boyfriend early of the year (but let me post an entry about my Hatyai trip frist). The vacation was so much fun and we gonna make it for the part 2. Cant wait thou. Hehehe. So yeah, finish with the introduction ( OMG,I know that was a serious goddamn long intro aye..phewww ), and as promised lets digging to my Hatyai trip. Yeayyyy...

2 years after



Yes, its been 2 years I dont blogging. Sibuk catching things up and all with the final semester and now I just start my first work. Lagipun i ni jenis yg pemalas. Huhuhu... Plus with the other social network like Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr. Semua nak hapdate. Tamakkan.Haaaa rasa. hahaha. Well, Im back. Hope things goes well with my life and works. 

2 tahun. Too many things happen. Dari kurus ke gemok. Hahaha. Dari zaman belajar and now Im working..Tapi duduk and bekerja in this concrete jungle bukanlah senang. Tetambah ekonomi merosot sekarang dengan keadaan cuaca yang tidak sihat. OMG, i nak vacation to somewhere please.. But better than worst, dari duduk rumah mengangkang tak buat pape kan. Baik keje. Tetapi teringin mencari side income. actually i busy but nak menunggu access dari orang US ni berzaman. Nak dipendekkan cerita datang kerja online tgk social networking jelah..tu yang so free nak hapdate benda semua ni.Kalau tidakkkk...

Dulu takde anak buah now dah ada anak buah sorang. Nak tunggu anak sendiri lambat lagi. Curah lah kasih sayang ke anak buah yang sorang tu. She just turn 1 year old on last 23rd September. How time flies. Makin besar makin pandai. Banyak kerenah. Haihhh tu baru anak buah teruja, taktahu lah macam mana kalau anak sendiri nanti kan.Heihh, cant imagine thou hihihi
Sampai sini jelah dulu eh. Rasa awkward dah lama tak blogging.Ayat nak berpujangga tu masih tersekat-sekat lagi kat celah-celah otak ni.Ohhh, btw haritu I pegi Hatyai. nanti I cerita ehh pasal Hatyai on the next entry. Till thennnn...

why english and not bahasa?


Some of us might wonder why do I blogging in english and not 'bahasa'(mothertongue) since I'm a malaysian girl and can speak well in bahasa for sure rather than english. Grammatic error everywhere. Well, I have my own reason. Cause of those too many grammatic error and awareness to improve my english, thus I learn and teach myself to keep going improving my language in english. At least I am trying kan..I train myself to love english and find a new english word a day. Lantaklah grammar bersepah pun kan..thats what we call learning :) You have to start and never give up.

Having a clean lung day ahead

Couple of month ago, I have always wondering on how to quit smoking based on getting a healthy lifestyle. I thought I might not get rid of my bad habit thou. But somehow, still I keep thinking and whispering I have and I must quit smoking. I need ciggies when I feel depressed, when I need accompany, when problems fuck'd up my day, when I can't bear any problems on my bare shoulder anymore; there will come the Mr.ciggie. Cause I'm the type of hard to share with others my problem. I don't want give em another burden when they already have one.

I did read an article about how smoking can damage your look and ruin your appearance especially when you are a WOMAN. I want a healthy body, I want a younger looking skin and I wanna be pretty like forever and to be pretty forever I have to start now. I have to get rid of this habit. Smoking seriously does impact your appearance.

Almost all my sibling diagnosed with asthma *that for sure inherited from our mother. For me, I'm a passive asthmatic patient. On June or July (I  can't remember when..) this year, when Malaysia hit by haze but not too thick. All of us have to take our own health and of course on that time I take care my own health. I did wear face mask, I drink plain water everyday and not smoking cause I sad looking at the current weather. Yet still getting the asthma attack, my tonsil swollen and I got fever. I can't go to work that day and even worse I can't even wake up from my bed. I've quit smoking since then but still I have one or two puff from my friend if I get any chance, thou..hahaha..But the longer it takes, I can't smoke even a puff or less anymore or even get nearer with the smoker cause I just can't stand the smokes. Finally, I quit smoking. Helloooo to healthy smoke-free lung :)

Shark week attack..omg,monster in my pants!!

As I keep my words, Im gonna jot down about 'SHARK WEEK' in this entry. A thing we can call a phenomenon happen to all women I guess. Shark week means the week during which a woman has her period also known as the week a woman experiences menstruation. There will be blood, an uncomfortable sense of tension and a bad tempered, unpredictable beast.

Man 2-"Shark week. She's looking for an excuse to strike"



Did chu get it now what is shark week? So for me I guess during my shark week I feel really exhausted, sharp pain, soreness breast, stomach bloating, stomach cramps, severe back pain especially on the lower back, freaking sleepy, major headache, thirsty, forever hungry, pimples everywhere and for sure mood swing.  As for me, I'm having a medical condition of von willebrand disease or vWD (is an inherited disorder meaning it's passed from parent to child through genes that affects the blood's ability to clot properly). Many other symptoms happen on other women I bet, depending on the girl.menstrual cramps can sometime be dull and achy or sharp and intense, and they can sometimes be felt in the back as well as the abdomen.

When I'm having my PMS, I refuse to take medicine cuz I prefer more on some old home remedies. Many girls and women find that over-the-counter pain medications (the pink one) can relieve cramps, as can taking a warm bath or applying a warm heating pad to the lower abdomen. Exercising regularly throughout the monthly cycle may help lessen cramps, too. Don't forget to drink lotsa plain water and I don't skip my meal during my period. If these things don't help, ask your doctor for advice.


Some girls and women find that they feel sad or easily irritated during the few days or week before their periods. Others may get angry more quickly than normal or cry more than usual. Some girls crave certain foods. These types of emotional changes may be the result of premenstrual syndrome (PMS)
PMS is related to changes in the body's hormones. As hormone levels rise and fall during a woman's menstrual cycle, they can affect the way she feels, both emotionally and physically. Some girls, in addition to feeling more intense emotions than they usually do, notice physical changes along with their periods some feel bloated or puffy because of water retention, others notice swollen and sore breasts, and some get headaches but I get almost everything *sigh

PMS usually goes away soon after a period begins, but it can come back month after month. Eating right, getting enough sleep, and exercising may help relieve some of the symptoms of PMS. Talk to your doctor if you are concerned about your premenstrual symptoms. It's also not uncommon for girls to have an acne flare-up during certain times of their cycle and again, this is due to hormones. Fortunately, the pimples associated with periods tend to become less of a problem as girls get older.




For boys, you have to take heed during shark week especially for those who have girl as bestfriends, sisters, mom, girlfriend or even a wife. If you show signs of weakness or aggression, you will be attacked. If you get attacked, it will be all your fault, infinitely more traumatic for her and you'll never be allowed to forget it. Bewareeeeee boysss..hahaha
